Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in Miami seeks a Senior Client Advisor to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and drive sales at the Design District store. You will act as a brand ambassador, building long-term relationships and advising clients across all product categories.

You will mentor team members and support store management with daily operations and team development while upholding the brand’s standards in service and presentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years retail experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Proven experience driving a multi-million client book through relationship building.
• Strong client service orientation, social perceptiveness, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and passion for luxury product and design.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; foreign languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales objectives and be accountable for results.
• Welcome clients, advise across the brand and product categories, and enhance the client experience.
• Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills to develop and recruit clients.
• Develop and maintain high standards of brand and product knowledge.
• Support store operations including floor management, stock operations, opening/closing duties, visual merchandising, and after‑sales as needed.
• Mentor colleagues, assist in onboarding newcomers, and support management with team development.
