Job summary

The Brobston Group is seeking a Senior Client Advisor for our luxury boutique in New York. The role focuses on delivering personalized client service, building lasting relationships, and supporting boutique performance.

You will contribute to store KPIs, assist with merchandising, inventory processes, and may act as manager on duty when required, ensuring a polished, high-end customer experience for both women’s and men’s ready-to-wear clients.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a passion for luxury fashion.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor styling to client needs.
• Experience in women’s and men’s ready-to-wear is a plus.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver impeccable, tailored service and execute the sales ceremony to exceed client expectations.
• Drive KPIs including appointments, conversion, UPT, repurchase rate, consignments, and data enrichment.
• Build and maintain a client portfolio through proactive outreach and CRM management.
• Mentor and coach team members, share product knowledge, and support a positive team culture.
• Act as manager on duty when required, execute opening/closing procedures, hold store keys, and support floor operations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with inventory and store processes.
