• Experience as Client Advisor or Sales Associate in luxury fashion.
• Proven ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Strong fashion sense with product knowledge.
• Excellent communication and service skills.
• Comfortable engaging with luxury clientele and driving sales.
• Organised with ability to manage multiple clients.

• Deliver a premium, personalised customer experience to every client.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Develop and manage a strong client book through proactive clienteling.
• Drive sales by understanding needs and providing styling advice.
• Support store team and events while maintaining high service standards.
• Maintain product knowledge and communicate brand values.
• Process transactions accurately and follow store procedures.
• Support stock management and day-to-day operations.
