Acne Studios is seeking a full-time Client Advisor for our Woodbury store. You will work with a collaborative team to build loyal customer relationships, drive sales, and deliver exceptional service in a luxury retail environment.

You will participate in luxury sales training, clientelling, and omnichannel services. The role emphasizes attentive service, relationship-building, and achieving store targets while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Formación

• Previous customer-facing role in retail or hospitality
• Ability to drive sales and deliver excellent customer service
• CRM and clienteling experience
• Fluent in English

• Manage and execute omni-channel services
• Greet and guide customers through a smooth cycle, delivering best-in-class client experience
• Achieve sales, conversion and clienteling targets
