Qualifications

• Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Deep passion for fashion and luxury with strong client attitude.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage clients and build strong relationships in-store or remotely.
• Provide best-in-class service and elevated experiences to foster brand loyalty.
• Use storytelling and product knowledge to guide informed purchasing decisions.
• Attend trainings to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Maintain stock, implement visual standards, and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Promote virtual appointments and distance selling to recruit new clients.
• Uphold a One-Gucci-Client approach across transactions and channels.
• Collaborate with team members to propose effective solutions.
