Burberry in Las Vegas seeks a Client Advisor to build relationships with new and existing clients, delivering a personalised, elevated luxury experience and driving commercial success. Reporting to store management, you will inspire clients through passion for the brand, fashion and styling, mastering product knowledge and client engagement while maintaining Burberry standards in front and back of house.

Active in daily operations, you will follow the client journey, schedule by-appointment

• Proven track record delivering sales and exceeding targets.

• Fluent in local language; English proficiency desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales KPIs.
• Inspire clients with storytelling and passion for the brand to create desire and loyalty.
• Provide luxury service with knowledge in product, fashion and styling.
• Follow the client journey from initial impression to closing the sale.
• Deliver after-sales service and conduct timely follow-ups.
• Assist with daily store operations, visual standards, inventory and stockroom maintenance as needed.
• Adhere to Burberry policies and visual guidelines.
• Foster teamwork and a positive work climate.
• Engage clients by building meaningful relationships and offering appointment-based service.
• Grow the client book by acquiring new luxury clients and maintaining regular contact.
