Burberry in Manhasset, NY is seeking a Client Advisor to build relationships with new and existing clients, delivering a personalized and elevated experience while achieving sales targets. Reporting to store management, you will inspire clients with passion for fashion and luxury products, demonstrating expert styling and product knowledge.

You will engage clients by building meaningful relationships, working by appointment when needed, and driving loyalty.

Competenze

• Proven track record delivering sales and exceeding targets.
• Previous experience in Clientelling.
• Strong interest in fashion, art and culture.
• Strong product knowledge and understanding of store operations.
• Understanding of competitor products.
• Experience working as part of a team.
• Fluent in local language; English proficiency is desirable.
• Other language knowledge is desirable.

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales and other commercial KPIs.
• Inspire clients through storytelling and passion for the Burberry brand.
• Provide luxury service with product, fashion and styling expertise.
• Guide clients through the client journey from initial impression to sale and relationship building.
