Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales KPIs.
• Provide luxury service and demonstrate knowledge in styling and product details.
• Follow the client journey from first greeting to post-sale follow-up to build loyalty.
• Maintain high Burberry standards in front and back of house and support inventory tasks.
