Job summary

Neiman Marcus in Beverly Hills is seeking a Selling Advisor who cultivates relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional service, and personal engagement while becoming their trusted style confidante. A Client Advisor will service clients who come into our store and digitally using the latest technology for outreach and selling.

A Client Advisor can speak about fashion and trends with authority—both in person and digitally.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in styling and fashion retail.
Commission-based sales experience.
Experience selling to clients using digital tools.
Ability to set and achieve sales goals.
Flexible work schedule and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through Technology and Wardrobing.
Showcase products differently for remote vs in-person clients.
Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell across omni-channel platforms.
Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals.
Strategize to increase individual productivity through wardrobing and outreach.
Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide traffic.
Create a positive work environment through collaboration.
Weekend availability (Friday through Sunday) required.
