Prada Group is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver an extraordinary luxury shopping experience and to place clients at the center of every interaction. You will promote the brand philosophy, guide clients through the Prada world, and personally own sales targets both in-store and online.

You will demonstrate deep knowledge of Prada products and history, capture client data in the CRM, and support omnichannel service while maintaining a collaborative store environment.

Responsibilities

• Place the Customer at the center, creating a welcoming environment and striving to meet their every need, providing excellent service.
• Be driven to exceed individual sales targets and maximize own performance contributing to store success.
• Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of Prada products, history, culture and DNA.
• Capture Customer data into the CRM to personalise relationships and foster future opportunities.
• Host and conduct appointments in person or via virtual channels.
• Embrace and promote the Omni Channel mindset and ensure top-tier customer care.
