Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Los Angeles is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver best-in-class service, achieve individual sales goals, and build lasting relationships through product knowledge and selling ceremonies. The role reports to the Boutique Director and requires strong communication, organization, and multi-channel service across in-person, phone, and email.

Flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Retail Sales and Client Service experience.
• Strong drive for business results and passion for fashion and the brand.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow‑through skills.
• Outstanding customer service across in‑person, phone, and electronic channels.
• Accurate reading, counting, and writing for business documentation.
• Ability to adjust priorities, manage time, and adapt strategies in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible to work varied hours—including nights, weekends, and holidays—as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual Sales Goals and KPI including Sales Volume, UPT, and ADS.
• Maintain a welcoming, client‑focused environment via best‑in‑class service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
• Develop local and international client book, recruiting and developing top clients.
• Demonstrate strong product expertise, engaging clients through details and stories of products.
• Problem‑solve in partnership with leadership to resolve client issues to the benefit of the business.
• Support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping as needed.
• Assist in locating merchandise at other Boutiques for clients and accurately process charge‑send sales.
