Job summary

You will engage by phone, email, live chat, social media and written correspondence, while promoting brand storytelling and product knowledge to meet KPI targets.

The role requires flexibility for a varied schedule and occasional travel to nearby boutique locations in NY/NJ for training and client hosting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury customer service.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.
• Ability to de-escalate conversations with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous customer experience by incorporating core brand values and integrity.
• Resolve customer issues via phone, email, live chat, social media and/or written correspondence with professionalism.
• Escalate issues to supervisor for resolution when needed.
• Ensure all customer communications align with Dior policies and processes.
• Demonstrate brand storytelling and product knowledge in interactions with customers.
• Drive to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPI targets (e.g., Case Management, Sales & Service Targets, Quality Assurance, Productivity, Schedule Adherence).
• Perform outbound outreach to clients to build relationships and drive sales.
• Enter accurate information into Dior CRM databases following guidelines.
• Ensure data accuracy for statistics and workload analysis.
• Develop strong working relationships within the Dior network.
• Collaborate across the Client Services Center.
