Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build authentic client relationships.
• Comfort with CRM and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor to drive sales and lead a team.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration to create a positive store environment.
• Maintain stock levels on the selling floor and in stock room.
• Create emotionally enriched relationships with clients and drive CRM initiatives.
• Capture customer data in the CRM database to develop client relationships.
• Promote cross-selling to increase UPT and sales metrics.
• Execute a personalized, hand-crafted shopping experience for clients.
