AMIRI in Valley Fair, Santa Clara, seeks a Sr. Client Advisor to deliver exceptional luxury retail experiences, exceed individual sales goals, and build lasting client relationships through expert product knowledge and premium service.

The role requires strong communication, a passion for fashion, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Commission eligible with full health benefits and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Retail Sales and/or Client Service in a luxury consumer goods environment.
• Ability to develop strong relationships through communication and follow-through.
• Strong drive for business results with an eye for fashion and brand storytelling.

Responsabilités

• Hit and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs (sales volume, UPT, ADT).
• Provide best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and via digital channels.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and narrate craftsmanship behind items.
• Collaborate with store and corporate teams to resolve client issues.
• Assist with in-floor moves, merchandising, and housekeeping as needed.
• Support inventory and cycle counts and protect assets.
