Job summary

AMIRI in Valley Fair, CA seeks enthusiastic Client Advisors to provide luxury client service and achieve individual sales goals. You will build an extensive client book, share in-store product storytelling, and collaborate with management to resolve issues while maintaining store standards.

Front-facing role requiring strong communication, organization, and a passion for fashion and the AMIRI brand. Eligibility for commission and comprehensive health benefits accompany a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales or client service experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work within a team in a luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPI such as sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
• Maintain a welcoming client-focused environment with best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and via electronic channels.
• Demonstrate product knowledge by explaining craftsmanship and narrative behind items.
• Develop local and international client book and network; grow this book/network.
• Collaborate with store and corporate management to resolve client issues in the business's favor.
• Participate in floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping as needed.
• Assist in packaging merchandise upon request.
• Participate in inventory and cycle counts and protect assets by following procedures.
