You will provide best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and via email, while contributing to floor moves, merchandising, and inventory accuracy. Strong communication and organization are essential to succeed in this fast-paced boutique.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years in luxury retail or client service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Excellent product knowledge and storytelling.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs.
• Provide best-in-class service in person, phone, and email.
• Apply product knowledge to detail craftsmanship and narratives.
• Develop and grow local and international client book.
• Coordinate with management to resolve client issues.
• Assist on floor moves, merchandising, and housekeeping.
• Assist in packing/wrapping merchandise and inventory counts.
• Operate cash register and POS systems; lift up to 30 lbs.
