Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Client Advisor in Las Vegas to deliver outstanding service and build trusted relationships with boutique clients. You will leverage product knowledge and selling rituals to meet individualized sales goals and contribute to boutique performance.

The role requires 3+ years in retail sales, preferably luxury. You will engage clients across in-person, phone, and digital touchpoints, and adapt to varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail sales and client service experience.
• Experience in luxury consumer goods preferred.
• Strong drive for business results and passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
• Develop strong, lasting client relationships through effective communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Use product expertise and selling ceremonies to support client needs and achieve individual sales goals.
• Follow store security procedures, including locking and securing the premises as needed.
