Job summary

Richemont’s IWC boutique in Boston seeks a Client Advisor to deliver premier customer experiences and meet personal and boutique sales targets. You will act as a brand ambassador, organizing operations, maintaining store standards, and building lasting relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

The role emphasizes CRM-driven clienteling, product knowledge, and collaboration with the boutique team to elevate KPI performance and ensure exceptional luxury service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in sales or hospitality.
• Applicants with background in Sales or Hospitality preferred.
• Fluent in English.
• Comfortable with Video chat softwares.

Responsibilities

• Hosting clients and other stakeholders with the ability to provide personalized customer experience.
• Acknowledge selling of watches, accessories and services and exceed turnover targets.
• Identify and create sales opportunities inside and outside boutique environment to recruit prospects and clients.
• Find new and creative means to exceed client’s expectations.
• Establish strong personal relationships with clients from different backgrounds.
• Develop and maintain client database and manage clienteling activities daily.
• Handle customer service requests and associated processes.
• Know IWC’s history, products and partnerships; understand luxury watch industry.
