Richemont in Boston seeks a dedicated IWC Client Advisor to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve personal and boutique sales targets. You will act as an ambassador of IWC at all times, hosting clients and developing meaningful relationships through CRM and clienteling.

You will know IWC history and product lines, stay ahead of luxury trends, and collaborate with the boutique team to maintain world-class visuals and service standards. The position includes a strong benefits package.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in sales or hospitality.
• Background in Sales or Hospitality preferred.
• Fluent in English and comfortable with video chat software.

Responsabilidades

• Host clients and stakeholders with a personalized customer experience.
• Acknowledge selling watches, accessories and services; exceed turnover targets.
• Identify sales opportunities inside and outside the boutique to recruit prospects.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and CRM clienteling activities.
• Handle customer service requests and related processes.
• Know IWC’s history, products and partnerships; stay current on luxury trends.
• Deliver outstanding client service and act as a brand ambassador.
• Organize and execute all operational tasks with care and precision.
• Maintain boutique visuals according to global standards and support team goals.
