Job summary

Richemont North America, Inc. is seeking a dedicated IWC Client Advisor in Boston to deliver exceptional client experiences, meet personal and boutique targets, and act as an ambassador for IWC within and beyond the boutique.

The role focuses on hosting clients, driving sales of watches and services, and building lasting relationships through CRM-driven clienteling and personalized service in a luxury retail setting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in sales or hospitality.
• Applicants with background in Sales or Hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Host clients and stakeholders, delivering personalized customer experiences.
• Acknowledge selling of watches, accessories and services and exceed turnover targets.
• Identify and create sales opportunities inside and outside the boutique to recruit prospects and clients.
• Develop and maintain client databases and manage clienteling activities daily.
• Handle customer service requests and ensure CRM is up to date.
• Act as a brand ambassador in and out of the boutique and maintain luxury service standards.
