Qualifications

• Experience in providing high-quality service in client-facing roles, preferably in fashion & luxury retail.
• Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English and local language; additional languages preferred.
• Proactive and with a problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client and after-sale service to all visitors and clients.
• Build a robust client portfolio to secure proactive and growing business.
