Role Description

The Client Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Kihei, HI, responsible for providing an exceptional luxury retail experience to every client. In this role, the Client Advisor welcomes and engages clients, identifies their needs, and offers personalized product recommendations across all Saint Laurent categories. Daily responsibilities include building long-term client relationships, managing client communications and follow-ups, handling sales transactions, and ensuring high standards of store presentation and product care. The Client Advisor collaborates closely with team members to achieve individual and store sales targets, supports client outreach initiatives, and upholds brand guidelines and service standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Strong client-facing skills in Client Relations and Customer Service, with a focus on delivering a personalized luxury experience and building loyalty.
• Proven ability to drive Customer Satisfaction, including effective handling of inquiries, feedback, and resolution of concerns in a professional manner.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt style to diverse clients and collaborate with team members.
• Experience discussing or explaining Insurance or comparable value-added services and policies in a clear, client-friendly way.
• Previous retail or luxury sales experience, preferably in fashion, accessories, or premium brands.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple clients and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using point-of-sale systems, digital tools, and clienteling applications to track sales and maintain client profiles.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by store operations.
• High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive client service.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, fashion, or a related field is an advantage.
