Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales experience.
• Proven clienteling and customer development skills.
• Ability to learn and convey technical product information.
• Proficiency with basic computer programs and email.
• Ability to work varied hours including nights and weekends.
• Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through product knowledge and selling skills.
• Maintain and develop a client book, conduct clienteling and follow up.
• Provide superior customer service and greet customers per store rotation.
• Process customer repairs, send thank-you notes, and manage product requests.
• Support store operations: opening/closing, merchandising, inventory counts.
• Assist with store marketing initiatives and cover manager's duties when needed.
