Job summary

Cinépolis USA is hiring a Server to deliver stellar, guest-first service in our luxury cinema environment. You’ll take orders, relay them to the kitchen, and ensure guests have an indulgent dining experience between screenings.

This role connects guests with food service and requires a fast-paced, guest-centric approach. The ideal candidate has at least one year of full-service serving, valid ServSafe and Alcohol certifications, and is comfortable with Vista POS.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ years of full service serving experience.
• ServSafe, Food Handler’s and Alcohol certifications required.
• Ability to work with Vista Point of Sale System and perform basic math.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees, guests, and management.
• Flexible working hours including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be proactive with greeting all guests in the theater before they request for service.
• Answer Plex Call System in a timely manner to further assist guests.
• Guide guests through the menu and upsell or suggest promotions.
• Greet guests and say goodbye to guests whenever possible.
• Demonstrate service excellence by running food, bussing trays, and assisting team members.
• Input orders rapidly and accurately in POS and verify guest satisfaction.
• Ensure alcohol service is responsible and comply with age checks.
