Qualifications

• College education preferred.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Proficient in English with strong selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively solicit new catering business and respond to inquiries.
• Manage private event bookings for Brasserie Margot and related operations.
• Conduct property tours and entertain planners of meetings, social events, and weddings.
• Coordinate meetings with hotel staff and clients, including pre-convention and planning meetings.
