You will manage client relationships, budgets, proposals, and collaborate with culinary and operations teams to deliver flawless experiences. 3+ years in catering or related field is expected; some evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in catering, hospitality, event management, or related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple events with attention to detail.
• Strong client-facing skills and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full catering lifecycle from client inquiries to execution and post-event follow-up.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, serving as the primary contact for events.
• Collaborate with culinary, operations, and service teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Develop event proposals, menus, contracts, and pricing while aligning with client needs and business goals.
