This role thrives in a fast-paced environment, building strong client relationships and delivering memorable events with flawless execution.

The Catering Manager will drive catering revenue, ensure operational excellence, and create outstanding guest experiences that reflect our commitment to quality and service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of catering, hospitality, event management, or related experience.
• Ability to manage multiple events with strong attention to detail.
• Strong client-facing skills and relationship-building ability.
• Experience with budgets, contracts, and catering sales.
• Leadership experience including coaching and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full catering lifecycle from inquiry to post-event follow-up.
• Build and maintain client relationships as the primary catering contact.
• Collaborate with culinary, operations, and service teams for seamless events.
• Develop proposals, menus, contracts, and pricing aligned with client needs.
• Coordinate staffing, equipment, room setup, timelines and vendors.
• Monitor budgets, revenue targets, and profitability metrics.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and company standards compliance.
• Lead and develop catering team with a culture of hospitality and accountability.
• Identify opportunities to grow catering sales and client satisfaction.
• Resolve client concerns promptly to ensure positive experiences.
