Responsibilities

• Solicit, negotiate and book new and repeat business through outside sales calls and networking.
• Execute a territorial marketing strategy to maximize revenue and meet sales goals.
• Plan and detail meetings with space, times, equipment, menus, themes.
• Complete contracts and coordinate with hotel departments to ensure service quality.
• Prepare status and period end reports.
• Maintain knowledge of corporate and hotel procedures to improve sales strategies.
