Job summary

Keswick Hall And Club is seeking a Catering Sales & Events Coordinator to bridge Sales, Banquets, Culinary, and Restaurant teams for seamless event execution. You will manage BEOs, resumes, menus, and collateral while driving revenue from group bookings.

The role reports to the Associate Director of Catering and collaborates with the Director of Banquets and Special Events to support Marigold events and Keswick Club occasions. A hospitality background and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required.
• Experience in luxury hotel/resort settings preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site point of contact for Keswick Club and internal events.
• Support group event bookings and execution while driving revenue.
• Coordinate BEOs, resumes, menus, and event collateral with Sales and Banquets.
• Maintain BEO boards and update change logs for events.
• Collaborate with Sales, Banquets, Culinary, and Restaurant teams.
