Qualifications

• Retail supervisory experience required.
• Strong customer service and attention to detail.
• Able to lead a team in a luxury hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest experiences and manage daily operations.
• Balance daily sales and monthly inventories while coordinating with Receiving and Corporate Buyer.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to uphold Little Palm Island standards.
