Job summary

Coach is seeking a friendly Cashier to deliver exceptional service at the point of sale. You will greet customers, process transactions, and assist with returns while maintaining a clean and organized cashwrap.

The role requires a positive attitude, basic cash handling, and knowledge of loyalty programs in a fast-paced luxury retail setting. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of sales experience, comfort with POS systems, and strong English skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Ability to read price/release sheets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and engage them at checkout.
• Act as an Insider Program ambassador and promote loyalty benefits.
• Process transactions, returns, and exchanges per policy.
• Maintain cashwrap organization and cleanliness; ensure SKU accuracy.
• Assist with cashier training and report equipment issues.
• Demonstrate integrity, ownership, and collaboration under pressure.
• Multitask and prioritize to support high-traffic periods.
