Coach is seeking a Cashier in a luxury retail environment to deliver exceptional service at checkout and support brand standards. You will handle cash, promote the Insider Program, and assist with training fellow cashiers in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires 1+ years in cashier/retail, familiarity with POS systems, and strong English language skills. Schedule includes nights, weekends, and peak periods. ADA accommodations available where needed.

Competenze

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong English language proficiency. (for EU)

Mansioni

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence
