Job summary

Coach, a global fashion house founded in New York, is seeking a Lead Cashier to deliver outstanding customer experiences at the cashwrap. You will serve as a brand ambassador, promote the Insider Program, and ensure accuracy in cash handling while supporting team development.

In this role you will process returns, repairs, and damaged goods, keep the cashwrap organized, and assist in training fellow cashiers to uphold Coach Service standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
