Hagerty Garage + Social seeks a Car Concierge to deliver outstanding member service and handle day‑to‑day vehicle and facility operations at our Van Nuys onsite location. You will ensure a pristine, secure, and premium environment for members and guests while coordinating vehicle intake and maintenance support.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Hagerty members and guests at the Hagerty Garage + Social.
• Coordinate vehicle intake, inspection, and secure parking with confidentiality and care.
• Assist in vehicle preparation, maintenance coordination, and transport as needed.
• Maintain daily records of vehicle location, access, and facility readiness.
• Support member events and contribute to a premium, welcoming environment.
