Job summary

Hagerty Garage + Social in Van Nuys is seeking a Car Concierge who delivers exceptional service to Hagerty members and guests. You’ll manage vehicle intake, upkeep, and secure parking while maintaining a pristine facility and premium member experience.

You’ll collaborate with location management to lease spaces, coordinate member events, and support day-to-day operations. A passion for cars and top-notch service is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, luxury automotive, hospitality, or valet positions.
• Detailing or light mechanical experience a plus.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests at all times.
• Manage vehicle intake, inspection, documentation and secure parking.
• Create and execute a monthly vehicle start-up and detailing schedule.
• Support member events and maintain a high-end member experience.
• Collaborate with location team to optimize facility presentation and operations.
