Job summary

Flexcar in El Monte, CA is seeking a Customer Experience Associate (Member Concierge) to support members before, during, and after their subscription. You will interact in person, by phone, and digitally to ensure a seamless, positive experience and handle driving-related tasks and vehicle prep as needed.

You will collaborate with Care, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve issues, document interactions, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support throughout the member lifecycle—from ordering and pickup to delivery, driving, and return.
• Communicate with members via phone, chat, email, and in person.
• Greet members professionally and create a welcoming environment.
• Troubleshoot order or vehicle-related concerns.
• Escalate complex issues following established procedures.
• Ensure timely follow-up and case resolution.
• Drive vehicles for delivery and repositioning purposes.
• Document interactions and track cases in company systems.
• Maintain records and comply with procedures.
• Collaborate with Care, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve service processes.
