Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a butler, waiter, or in a similar high-end service role.
• Extensive knowledge of fine dining service, etiquette, and table setting.
• Proven expertise in wine service and cellar management.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and impeccable table service during meals, events, and other household functions.
• Expertly manage the wine cellar, including selection, storage, and service.
• Maintain a detailed knowledge of our family's preferences, dietary requirements, and special occasions.
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and presentation of all meals and refreshments.
• Oversee the cleaning, organization, and stocking of the pantry, dining room, and related areas.
• Ensure service equipment, glassware, and tableware are pristine and properly stored.
• Assist with planning and execution of special events, including private parties and receptions.
