Responsibilities

• Detailed cleaning of vacant apartments and those with pending move-in dates.
• Ensure all common areas, amenities and back rooms are clean and debris-free.
• Sweep, mop and vacuum all building common areas.
• Clean glass and dust fixtures.
• Operate trash chute and manage waste.
• Take trash to curbside on trash days and confirm curb clearance.
• Assist handyman as needed.
