Job description

Property Management company seeking an experienced temporary porter for luxury residential building.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Detailed cleaning of vacant apartments and/or apartments with pending move-in dates.
• Ensure all common areas, amenities and back rooms are clean and clear of debris.
• Sweep, mop and vacuum all common areas of the buildings.
• Clean glass.
• Dust and clean fixtures.
• Operate trash chute and maintain.
• Take trash to curbside on trash days.
• Confirm curbside is clear of all debris after trash pick up.
• Follow established procedures set by management.
• Assist handyman as instructed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must have a good history of job dependability and responsibility.
