Royale Company in New York City seeks a Porter to maintain clean, safe living spaces for luxury properties. This is a customer-service oriented janitorial role with emphasis on reliability and professional conduct.

Responsibilities include cleaning hallways, snow removal, minor repairs, and strong liaison with residents and staff. Full-time with part-time options and flexible morning/afternoon shifts. Competitive pay in a high-end environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with cleaning and handyman work is a plus.
• Knowledge of janitorial duties is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, mopping, washing and waxing hallways, floors and stairs
• Vacuuming and using floor polishers
• Knowledge in janitorial duties and small repairs
• Emptying compactors and trash cans
• Clearing snow and ice from sidewalks and driveways
• Keeping good relations with resident owners, tenants and staff
• Must be extremely detail oriented
• Self-motivated and proactive
• experience with cleaning and handyman work is a plus!
