Network ESC International in Midtown Manhattan is seeking two Building Porters to join our corporate property team. The role focuses on cleanliness, safety, and the upkeep of common areas and surrounding grounds, ensuring residents, tenants, visitors, and staff enjoy a welcoming environment.

Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 11am to 7pm, with responsibilities including cleaning lobbies and hallways, snow removal assistance, and reporting maintenance issues to the Building Superintendent.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust and polish surfaces.

• Assist with snow removal, salting, and seasonal maintenance.
• Monitor building conditions and report maintenance issues.
• Assist the superintendent with basic maintenance and building projects.

• Follow building safety, security and sanitation procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
