Stonehenge NYC seeks an experienced temporary porter for a luxury residential building in Manhattan. You will perform detailed cleaning of vacant apartments and maintain common areas to a high standard.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, glass cleaning, dusting fixtures, operating the trash chute and assisting the handyman as needed. Reliability and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

• Ensure all common areas, amenities and back rooms are clean and clear of debris
• Sweep, mop and vacuum all common areas of the buildings
• Clean glass
• Dust and clean fixtures
• Operate trash chute and maintain
• Take trash to curbside on trash days
• Confirm curbside is clear of all debris after trash pick up
• Follows established procedures set by management
• Assists handyman as instructed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Must have a good history of job dependability and responsibility
• Previous relevant work experience
