The ideal candidate has 3+ years in doorperson or security, clear communication, attention to detail, and flexibility for overtime. Some porter work and heavy lifting may be required, with computer/BuildingLink proficiency being

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of more of Doorperson or Security experience (residential building experience is preferred).
• Ability to speak and write clearly.
• Capability to pay close attention to detail.
• Must have flexible work availability. Must be available to work overtime as needed.
• Some Porter work may be required.
• Some heavy lifting (50+ lbs.) may be required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must have experience using a computer on the job. Experience using BuildingLink.com is a plus.
