Job summary

The Durst Organization is seeking a Concierge for a premier property in Long Island City. You will greet residents and guests, keep the lobby area clean and organized, sign for deliveries, and handle service requests while ensuring safety and security.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service, a high school diploma, and flexibility to work Friday to Tuesday, 3pm–11:30pm, with weekends off. You will monitor access controls and CCTV, coordinate with the emergency response team, and uphold

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read/write English.
• 1–2 years in customer service or concierge.
• Availability to work all seven days of the week, including weekends.
• Willingness to complete required certifications within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents, guests, and prospects.
• Greet residents; manage lobby, entryways, front desk.
• Sign for deliveries and packages; handle service requests.
• Monitor CCTV and access controls; coordinate emergency response.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness; escort vendors and contractors.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with the emergency team.
