Job summary

One57 Building in New York, NY is seeking a vigilant Doorperson for the graveyard shift. You will greet residents and guests, create a welcoming arrival and departure experience, and help with transportation and luggage as needed.

You will know the building's facilities and be prepared to answer questions about local destinations. Strong customer service, teamwork, and safety awareness are essential; prior luxury-building experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a positive demeanor.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate clearly.
• Strong sense of safety and guest wellbeing.
• Adaptability to shift work and fast-paced environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting residents and guests entering the building.
• Creating a positive arrival and departure experience for residents and guests.
• Maintaining smooth street-flow outside the front door and assisting with transportation and luggage.
• Knowing apartment facilities, services and features and explaining them to guests and residents.
• Providing accurate directions to guests about local destinations.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
