• Ability to speak and write clearly.
• Capability to pay close attention to detail.
• Must have flexible work availability. Must be available to work overtime as needed.

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must have experience using a computer on the job. Experience using BuildingLink.com is a plus.

A Manhattan based luxury real estate company has an opening for an experienced Doorperson within its Long Island City luxury rental building portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Doorperson in a residential building or in a related security position and will possess strong communication and customer service skills.

• Enter information into building-managing portal.

Compensation

• 0-12 months: $22.3320 per hour (75% of the full wage rate)
• 12-24 months: $25.3096 per hour (85% of the full wage rate)
• 24+ months: $29.7760 per hour (100% of the full wage rate)
