Jared, part of Signet Jewelers, seeks a Luxury Bridal Manager in Savannah, GA. You will own the Bridal category performance, lead storytelling and closing with confidence, and drive consistent Bridal presentations across the store team.

You will direct Visual Marketing for Bridal, coach team members monthly, and strengthen key metrics such as conversion and appointment culture while delivering a memorable, romance-filled customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a jewelry consultant or manager in luxury retail.
• Proven ability to lead category performance and sales growth.
• Expertise in storytelling to communicate product value.
• Strong coaching and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Own bridal category performance, sales, behaviors, and standards.
• Lead visual marketing for Bridal and ensure cohesive displays.
• Coach and develop Bridal team members monthly.
• Deliver real-time feedback on diamond education and closing techniques.
• Align visuals to launches and priorities to drive conversions.
