Job summary

Jared, part of Signet Jewelers, is seeking a Luxury Bridal Manager to lead the Bridal category and deliver a confident, emotionally guided customer experience during one of life’s meaningful purchases.

You’ll own Bridal strategy, coach the team, and drive consistent presentations across the store while supporting brand promises. Base pay plus commission and comprehensive benefits are offered to a full-time team member.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail is preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Storytelling and diamond education helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own the Bridal category performance, sales, behaviors and standards.
• Lead visual marketing for Bridal with storytelling and mood-appropriate displays.
• Coach team members monthly on bridal presentations and closing techniques.
• Deliver feedback on diamond education, emotion, and payments options.
• Build repeatable bridal behaviors and strong appointment culture.
