Job summary

Cartier Wynn Las Vegas is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional client experience while achieving sales targets. As an Ambassador of the Maison, you will greet clients, demonstrate product knowledge and participate in daily boutique operations.

You will build and manage a client portfolio, support CRM initiatives, and collaborate with management on events. The role requires 2–5 years in luxury retail, a college degree preferred, and willingness to work weekends.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality environment.
• General knowledge of timepiece movements.
• Ability to work retail hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships.
• Assist with daily boutique operations and inventory management.
• Support CRM initiatives and participate in in-store events.
