Job summary

Cartier Wynn Las Vegas seeks an Ambassador of the Maison to achieve sales targets and develop a high-value client portfolio, delivering a unique experience across all touchpoints. You will participate in daily boutique operations and embody Cartier's values in customer service and professionalism.

The role requires 2–5 years in luxury retail or related fields, strong product knowledge, and availability for retail hours including weekends. Training and events support are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality environment
• General knowledge of timepiece movements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and/or exceed the monthly sales target, as directed by management.
• Ensure outstanding and exceptional customer service by providing a friendly environment and maintaining high standards.
• Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives.
• Assist with daily boutique operations including merchandising, inventories and back-office support.
